Designed to assess both theoretical and practical prowess, the competition featured five professional tracks—miller, fitter, assembly electrician, assembly fitter, and painter—attracting nearly 60 employees to compete on the same stage.
The venue was ablaze with highlights of skill and dedication. In the written test area, participants tackled questions with calm focus, translating their professional knowledge into precise answers. In the practical zone, competitors dove into hands-on challenges: CNC programming, circuit wiring, and meticulous paint finishing, to name a few. Each action vividly embodied the modern spirit of craftsmanship—precision, patience, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
A panel of judges upheld the principles of "fairness, impartiality, and transparency", conducting multi-dimensional evaluations through process tracking and result assessment to ensure the competition’s integrity.
