Step 1: Pre-start inspection
First, confirm the guide rail lubrication system: observe whether the lubricating oil circuit is unobstructed, and ensure that the lubricating oil can be normally delivered to the guide rail; second, check the tool clamping state, confirm that the tool is not loose and the cutting edge has no obvious damage; finally, confirm that the emergency stop button is in the reset state to avoid abnormal startup.
Step 2: Cleaning after processing
After processing, first use a brush to clean the iron chips on the workbench and guide rails to avoid the accumulation of iron chips affecting the operation accuracy of the equipment; then wipe the spindle and tooling surface with a clean cloth to keep the key parts of the equipment clean and prevent iron chips or oil from corroding the parts.
Step 3: Regular spot check
The equipment needs to be spot-checked weekly: check the tightness of the belt, and it is appropriate to press the belt to sink 1-2cm; check the hydraulic oil level, ensure that the oil level is between the upper and lower limits specified by the oil level gauge, and replenish the corresponding type of hydraulic oil in time when the oil level is insufficient.
Adhering to these 3 maintenance steps can effectively reduce the risk of equipment failure, reduce component wear, and extend the effective service life of the equipment.
